About Us
Jim and Sherry Hannigan have been working as a team for over 2 decades, with a combined 50+ years’ experience in Real Estate.
Jim became a licensed real estate agent in 1978. Sherry became a licensed real estate agent in 2002. They both specialized in New Home Construction in Fredericksburg VA.
In 2009, Jim became a Broker-in-Charge and opened his own independent Real Estate Company, Celtic Realty llc. He also held a Class A Residential Builders license in VA until 2022.
They moved to the Myrtle Beach area in 2021, where Jim opened up his Brokerage, Celtic Realty llc in Murrells Inlet. They are a Ma and Pa shop, so since they don’t have the overhead that the bigger real estate brokerages have, they can pass the savings onto to the Sellers.
